I don't know, but when I use to masturbate life was pretty bad, but now that I haven't done it for over 3 months, life has been pretty good. I never wake up grumpy or anything. I've lost a crazy amount of weight, and I have friends that I never thought I would be friends with. I think masturbation is like breaking mirrors or something, bad luck.

i would not say its bad luck, more so that it is harful to our conscience and effects the way we see others and how we see ourselves, and in turn how other see us.

It won't cause anything. Masturbation is a natural part of life. Even very small children do it on an instinctual level. As far as feeling twitchy, part of that is probably just because you feel so bad and ashamed (which you shouldn't) and part of that is just kind of like aftershocks of an orgasm. Perfectly normal, it doesn't last long, and it happens to women too. I promise that there is NO way that you can catch a disease from masturbating. You catch diseases from having unprotected sex with someone else, which is still years away for you. Just remember down the road, when you DO have sex, to wear a condom. I guarantee that your dad did the same thing when he was your age. Just because he doesn't talk to you about it, doesn't mean he didn't. So give yourself a break, you're not going to hell, you're not going to die, or anything like that.

Masturbation is just a normal way to relieve sexual tension. Nothing more or less. If your luck has changed and you've lost weight and made new friends, it's because you chose to make those things happen. You could have done the same things whether you masturbate or not.

It's one of those things that, most likely, varies from person to person. In most cases I've heard, it usually prevents bad things from happening. Additionally, did you make other changes in your life at the time? Regarding the sexual nature of the act, perhaps lack of stimulation motivated you to better yourself in favor of coming across external stimulation.
