Al Gore, in his sleezy propaganda film "Inconvenient Truth" insisted that the terrible huricane season of 2005, particularly Katrina, was due to "man-made" global warming. Considering that 2006 has been the calmest in a decade, we have to conclude that Al Gore is an opportunist liar, or that George Bush, through his swift reactions, was able to reverse the effects of "man-made" global warming in just one year. Which is it people?

honestly global warming is a big f'n lie. If anyone knew anything about meterological weather history, they would know this "overall world warm up" happens all the time, along with the "overall world cool down" if you knew anything about science in that area, you probably wouldnt be a crazy liberal. PS, driving a enviornlementaly friendly car isnt going to do squat.

None of the above. Al Gore can only report and interpret what scientists and others who are authorities on global warming say - he isn't a scientist. And Bush hasn't done crap - he just got lucky that this year there were no major hurricanes. Global warming is real and is going to have a major effect on the climate for years to come.

"George Bush" and "hero" in the same sentence is just wrong.

Al Gore is not an opportunist, or a liar. He is standing up for a legitimate cause, to educate people on the "what if's" should we continue on the road we are on. This is not a fairy tale, it is science. What is wrong with that?

Bush hasn't done anything at all to fund research and/or development to find alternative fuel sources. Why do you suppose that is?

The financial gadget could be suffering in a brilliant way if gore had won. this is not rocket technological information to make your ideas up that incentivizing human beings to artwork not undemanding with the aid of not doing away with the final public of the flair rewards gets human beings led to to extend productiveness. That certainty substitute into lost on gore. ok, that fluctuate into fairly speculative b/c this is the braveness and power of the yank those that trulychronic the financial gadget, not the President. yet one difficulty it somewhat is for particular is that we honestly could have had yet another significant terrorist attack on our soil with that pompous windbag in fee. Say what you pick approximately Bush, yet human beings have discovered right now to not mess with him (or us, thank you very lots) or they are going to get kicked interior the tooth; in basic terms ask the Taliban.

Al gore is overexxagerating and placing too much blame while personally I just think Bush is a dumbass. Not for going into the war, but for the reasons and the way he handled the war. I am looking forward to John Mckain running.

Anyone who understands science knows that a two year period is way too short to conclude anything about major trends in climate change.
