yup 2+2=4, and some people are stupid!

2+2 COULD equal 22....

...but only if, by +, you mean the "concatenation" operator, which takes two strings and appends the second to the first.

In that case, for instance,

a = Four score
b = and seven years ago

a+' '+b = Four score and seven years ago

But, from a mathematical perspective, 2+2 is generally considered to be the addition of the integer 2 to the integer 2, and the result would be the integer 4 (at least, for any base >=5 ;)).

2+2=4
2 oranges +2 oranges = 4 oranges and not 22 oranges.
I advise you to stay away from these loonies who think 2+2 = 22. They could be dangerous.
