This question will probably be reported by people who think this is "personal communications"... but spelling and grammar errors in general, it would be nice if people could type out the entire word instead of using Internet lingo, just to make it a lot easier to read.

LOL, that's funny. But I am betting she is young, maybe 12 or 13. That's probably why she doesn't spell all that well, or use proper english, maybe she should proof read before she submits her questions.
