The question is "Which team won the Super bowl in 2003." Not "Who was the 2003 NFL Champion." The correct answer would be Tampa Bay 48-21 over The Oakland Raiders to become the 2002 NFL Champions. The 2003 Patriots were crowned in 2004 as Champions for the 2003 season after beating Carolina 39-29.
Eagle fan here. Tried and true. I even have an Eagles mouse pad.

The 2003 Patriots won the Super Bowl, the game was played in 2004.
So the actual Super Bowl that was played in 2003 was played and won by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It was the patriots but they played their game in 2004 so technically it was the Tamba Bucs That was sort of a trick question
