This is a perspective question. You needed to be a little more clear on whether YOU are happy, or the outside world believes you to be happy, or family/friends etc etc.
This question has no answer.
Define your happiness. If you have defined your happiness, then you are saying that you have reached an emotion you call happiness. (Obvoiusly)
If you ever waiver on what you believe happiness is.....then you proclaiming to be happy in this moment, may not necessarily be the case at a future point. So, if we agree that an individuals perception of happiness changes from year to year, or even day to day. Then the answer to your question is no. But, again, this comes back to the way you asked your question. You gave no scope, no perception, no perspective, no definition, so we cannot answer your question the way we truly believe.
All in all, you've insulted us. There's no way for us to answer the question, that insures we've conveyed our correct feelings to you.

You know, sometimes a person with great perspective can judge your symptoms of happiness and more or less know that you haven't reached the depths that they have -- since they were once sufficiently similar to yourself and have matured beyond that plateau.
But generally, it's an offense to be told by some pedantic Platonist that we are deluded by what is plainly real to us.
It's like being told you 'don't really have a headache' when you experience a pain in your head, and they don't find the 'data' for it -- what does the data matter? Your head still hurts. F them.

No. There is a huge difference between saying you're happy and actually believing you are happy. You can't be happy unless you are able to identify with happiness. You can only identify with it by conditioning yourself into believing you are.

no, people lie about being happy all the time. they like to make it appear that everything is okay, when we all know that for the most part we're all falling apart at the seams. so we make small talk and lie about how okay everything is and how happy it all makes us. no one really wants to hear the truth, it is more socially acceptable to say, yes I'm happy.

You can say anything you want, but that does not make it so. If you look happy, act happy and say it then it is true.
Take care,

oh no. not for all the times you are saying it, because sometimes you are just being cynical while you are actually feeling bad inside.
