You can't just say I'm gonna start a band and not know how to play any instruments. You might not even like the guitar or drums. Learn to play for fun as a hobby first, then decide, when you're good enough if you want to start a band. Being in a band is tough and it takes a lot to be in one.

I play guitar, and thats it, but if you started on drums then switched later you could play in time better.
