Trying to make friends with an enemy is probably the best solution for a problem like that. Sometimes you'll get rather rude results, or the person might just be obnoxious, but being their friend can stop REALLY bitter relationships further on.

I know I have a lot of people who I don't really like all that much, but just saying hi and trying to be friendly helps. It might not always work, but don't get mad at them. If you're enemies with somebody, and they ask you to be their friend what would you do? Probably be like, "What the heck?" It may take time, but sometimes you'll find that your enemy will later on be your best friend!

Please give me feedback!

I hope I was helpful to you.

Its a great idea as long as keep in mind why they were your enemy in the first place and watch out. My favorite quote from the Godfather is keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I think you are being very wise to do so.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. If they think you are their friend...you get to know the bad they are doing before you would if they knew you don't like them. Play the game and come out on top.

Yes. They were an enemy for a reason, I wouldn't trust someone so easily.

You should try to make peace with your enemies, not necessarily friends. Your friends should be people you can trust.
