I work as a receptionist in a condominium. I had to work on Thanksgiving to save up days for my vacation. I chose the 3 PM -11 PM shift because that's when I thought people would bring the most food ( heard that last year there was so much food they couldn't handle all of it). However.... nobody brought me anything.... absolutely nothing.... very upset about that.

Yes, I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend...but sadly, my thanksgiving day was horrible!
To answer your second question, I have to say Black Friday shopping...i get up at 4 am and go out with my mom, cousins, and aunt...sooooooooooooo much fun!!!!!!!!!

I think the best thing about Thanksgiving is having the opportunity to tell people about the things that you are truly thankful for and what you might have been through, but came out of it. Also, sitting around with your family and reminiscing around that good old turkey, ham, steak, yams, pecan pie, mashed potatoes, string beans, cranberry sauce, stuffing, macaroni&cheese, creamed spinach, cornbread, rolls, apple pie, salad, and apple cider. Yeah!!!It's the best

Friends ,family and food lol
Our company had a Thanksgiving Dinner at 1PM and then we had our family one at 7PM.We had a great time at both.Our employees loved it too.
