Foreign People, maybe? Republicans and Foreign Policies, euch.
But maybe too it's wide a target.
How about this: People who are slightly different from who you are? I expect Republican, White (as so many of Them are), Middle Class (covers a lot of sins, that), Not Popular (if you are, you wouldn't be wasting your time and mine, which is much more valuable, by posting your rants here) and maybe unattractive (I just added that for fun. But lets face this, if a group celebrates homogeneity, one person is unattractive in that group, by inference all of them are, right?).
PS I am sorry for working on a lot of suppositions in that reply, but since you didn't specify 'modern American liberal', I supposed that you wouldn't mind.
