i told my friend to put the game in but it had to install a version so my dumb friend took out the game from psp so it was turned off. i try to turn it on but it wont i tryed to recharge it and still wont work.

Buy a new one and switch them. Wal mart never checks, sometimes they check to see if the screen is scratched but thats it. If your screen is messed up you might be screwed!

call sony...or go out and buy a new one.....im sure if u call sony they will give u some information and u can take it to them and they give u a new one unles u just want to go out and buy a new one which i wouldnt do until i did some looking up for getting a new one from sony....good luck

Call sony, they must have some help hotline for their products. or go to their website, where they should have support for their products, how to repair them, what should you do, if it's a simple problem, etc.
