I understand its disturbing to have sex during PMS but whats the problem, its natural and its healthy.

Real men aren't bothered by it. Big deal, it's blood, it's normal and natural. Nothing wrong with having sex during your period either, many women find they are more aroused during menses.

If you weren't used to the idea, wouldn't the thought of having strange-smelling blood leaking from a person's body for several days scare you?
Some guys are comfortable with it, others just don't want to hear about it.

Hi, This problem started way back in biblical times. The bible says that a woman is unclean when she is on her period. As far as it being dirty or carrying disease that is not true. You can get the same diseases from regular sex(no period) as you can when the woman is menstruating if she carrys those diseases. It is not disturbing to all men, especially those that are fearful of getting their partner pregnant as you can not get pregnant when you are menstruating.

Your question is confusing I don't think guys mind women's periods. But if you are asking about sex during your peroid that is nasty. Blood caries a lot of different organisms that can hurt someone. AIDS, Hepatitis. Just nasty!!
