why can blacks have the united ***** college without being considered prejudice?

blacks can have groups aimed to help only black people, Indian people can have schools and clinics that are only for indian people no other race are allowed to attend , why cant white people have things based just for white people?

White people are being blamed for all that is wrong in the world even though white people have contributed more to the advancement of humanity than any other race, and now it is white people who are being discriminated against by society. Those who form groups like NAACP, and United ***** College Fund are just as guilty of discrimination as the KKK, and an honest examination of crime statistics would find that there have been more white victims of black criminals that there have been black people lynched by the KKK. All forms of racial discrimination are evil, and affirmative action and all other such programs only serve to perpetuate racial hatred.

First of all, you don't have to be black to get a scholarship from the United ***** College Fund. You don't even have to be a minority. You have to attend a HISTORICALLY black college (you don't have to be black to go to one). I went to a predominately white college and received a few scholarships that were specifically for students who attended that school. For most of these scholarships I was the first and only minority recipient. The rest went to white students. Was that racist? No--it was just that I was one of the first minority candidates to apply. If you really wanted a scholarship from the UNCF, you COULD get one--you'd just have to go to a historically black college, and like I said you don't have to be black to go to one. I'm black and didn't qualify for any UNCF scholarships--in fact, my ethnicity wasn't a factor in any of the scholarships I received.

If you think about the circumstances in which most of the race-specific colleges and scholarship funds formed, there weren't any other options available at the time for students of color. Just because something isn't formally called white-only doesn't mean it isn't.

White people walk into a restaurant order their food, sit down and eat while blacks ate in the back by the toilet.
Whites rode up front on the buses, while blacks had to ride in the back, or give up their seat when a white person wanted it.
White people went to school without incident, while blacks were threatened with murder just for trying to go to school with whites.
How about 13 year old Emmitt Till who was beat and lynched and had his tongue cut out for so-called whistling at a white women.
The police corruption in the southern states, covering up the many murders of black people and their supporters.
Rosewood, Florida - where white people killed an entire town of black people based on the lie of 1 white woman.
Do you know 4 little girls were killed by bomb while attending church in Birmingham, Alabama?

And you think white people deserve some kind of sympathy?
For years white people discriminated/threatened and murdered anyone that didn't look like them. Any and all of these organizations that you named were born from the discrimination of the racist white people that stood in the way of equal rights for all minorities.

Because we have allowed it to happen only because blacks are a minority, we have been programmed and brain washed to feel sorry for them because of slavery. I never owned a slave and I don't owe them anything. It is no more right for blacks to get special treatment because they are black than it is for a white person to get special treatment for being white. There is the Mrs. Black America pageant, the NAACP, the Black Coaches Association, the United ***** College Fund, the Black Student Association and the list goes on and on. I am against all of the above for the same reasons I would be against programs that were strictly for whites. Why is it such a horrible crime for a white person to say the "N" word yet Chris Rock, Richard Pryor and just about every rap group there is makes a good living saying it? It is plain and simple reverse discrimination that we have been taught to accept.

Let's see, the KKK was founded to use violence and terror to prevent black people from having equal rights, especially the right to vote. The NAACP was founded (by blacks AND whites BTW) to fight for all people to have equal rights under the law without regard to race. And you want to argue that the NAACP is the same as the KKK? I won't even ask you to show me one person the NAACP has killed, lynched or terrorized. You're clearly not rational on matters of race.

I go to one of two all-male college left in the USA. We are feeling pressures from all places to go co-ed. It is the same way with single-sex too!
There are tons of all-female colleges, but people freak at all-male colleges.
There ought to be all-black colleges for people who feel a need to go to school with people their same color.
There ought to be all-white colleges, there ought to be totally mixed colleges, there ought to be every option out there for whoever.
Ofcourse, there should not be all-nazi colleges, but within reason.

it is not easy for minorities to get stuff and sometimes there parents can not afford to send them to college. But there are schlorships for everything even for being left handed. I dont think it is unfair because the minorities have had it bad. Why is it that white people dont want minorities to have anything. 99.999% of your colleges are White, now simply you see few Blacks in your colleges DOES NOT mean it is all-race college, because when it comes to admission, there is a reason they asked for your ethnicity and mostly likely they accept "White" students.

white people should be able to...its not your fault you are white nor is the fact that white people owned slaves in America...not every white person in America owned a slave...beside many blacks owned slaves too...it was the black Africans that caught and sold them...it was white lawmakers that outlawed it and started the civil war...
