Some women (of any race) do and some don't...there are not blanket statements about such things that are going to be very accurate.

If that's true then why don't black women fantasize about black men?? Then to flip the coin black, hispanic, white and asian women would fantasize about most white and asian men..why because they are the majority of home owners in the us, but then thats just as stupid as your question huh? just go outside and look how many black men are with hot white or latin chicks?

Sounds like your generalizing. People always fantasize about each other and, or this and that wondering what it would be like, wondering if the grass is really greener on the other side.

I think it all depends on the women, in some parts it could even depend on the culture and how the women are brought up, other than that, i think you got almost every individual witht his question.
