it says that my myspace user profile is set to private and that i must add the person to my friends to view my profile how do i fix it?

Obviously you add them as a friend, myspace added a feature so that anyone under 18 shows up private and only their friends can see their profile, so the crazy perverts dont rape them =]

Go to account settings and from there I think you can go to profile settings or privacy settings and uncheck your profile from being private.
