No! We never should have had it . Affirmative action is fighting discrimination with discrimination.

Yes we should still have affirmative action. As there is still a lot of racism and discrimination in this world. If you think about it, every day is an affirmative action day for white people, I am sorry to say. As whites have it easier than anyone else in getting employment, promotion, better housing etc. If this racism was a little less pronounced in this society, than maybe we would not need affirmative action for anybody, but you know and everyone else knows that this is not the case.
