There are techniques to delay orgasm which are pretty well known....sqeeze your penis hard, think of something unpleasant, stop moving back and forth. Different men have more or less success at this but if you can't do these things or if they don't work....use a sensation deadening cream like lidocaine or procaine.

yes. there are techniques for that and there are even techniques to have an orgasm without ejaculation as it is the case for guy who had prostatectomy... There are books about those techniques you can find on the internet
