Just a literal string around the waist and between the butt cheeks with a tiny piece of material in the front to barely cover the labia. They're the next best thing to being totally naked.

Its a piece of underwear generally worn by adults because it is sexy. The back basically there is none. Just a lil string that goes down. Imagine the letter T... is like from behind. The string that goes down is what is between your butt cheeks. p.s. How old are you???

underwear, that is normal in the front, but in the back has just a string like part, so you have no coverage on your bottom, it helps alot if you don't like panti lines
