ok when i was 16 (8 years ago), i had surgery on one of my testicles to remove a cyst and fluid that built up after a bang.

since then ive always had slight pain in the one i had operated on and the tube (not sure what it's called) that holds your testicle up swells up occastionally.

i have no pian when having sex or urinating, but just want see if anyone else as had an operation simlair (and do you get this?), i suspect if you've had surgery in a tender place like this you will always get the occastional pain.

but yeah just want to confirm my beachballs are okay, theres NO way i'm going to see a doctor again - i was walking like a penguin for weeks :O never again.

thanks for the replys people, i knew someone would say cancer though but i'm 90% sure it 'ISN'T' that.

ive had this 'occastional' pain/swelling ever since the operation, if it was cancer i would have known before now - probably in a matter of months not 8 years.

brian, any concerns about your surgery, feel free to e-mail me any questions.

Err and you really resorted to yahoo answer instead of a doctor - you'll only get a bunch of crap answers and rude comments on a topic like this.

Sorry to say this but get down to a doctor asap - you'll thank me when they find cancer early or something and save you...
(p.s. to make the miserable users happy (MIZOGUN) this is unlikly)

Don't worry about cancer mate. I saw my doctor with pain and swelling (which came on for no obvious reason) and stated my concerns about cancer. He told me that testicular cancer is characterised by PAINLESS lump/s on ya jewels. Pain is often caused by in the worst case infection, which you will wanna get looked at. Some infections can cause infertility.

Otherwise, tight underpants can be a cause too, or just swelling up in hot weather.

Shortyxxs laid waste to any answers I could put down (I`ve got a load of rude ideas). But she is right go see a Doctor. I know a good Russian one Dr Ivor Bollokov. Sorry couldn`t resist at least one. Go see a Doctor ad nauseum

it sounds like mild occassion epidymisis or a varicoele

neither is too worrisome and they dont need surgery

but get your goodies checked by a doctor to be sure - it wont hurt like last time dude and surgery is unlikley
