Ok, before you get deluged with abusive answers, let me say, as kindly as I can, that unless he is beating you, abusing drugs or has a hooker problem, you should probably try to work it out first. Don't jump right to divorce. I apologize if there is a serious issue, but you didn't really go into detail.

Why do you want a divorce? I can just tell you from personal experience that the 1st year is definitely the hardest, my hubby and I had some pretty big fights our first year so bad that if we weren't married we would have broken up. But it gets easier. marriage is a lot of hardwork and hopefully you can work this out.
What was the reason you married him? Maybe if you ponder that you will find the answer on your own.

find a lawyer fast and dissole the marriage. Its been only 4 months so it should not be that complicated. The more time passes, the harder it gets to sort the details. good luck

My guess is you are in India- in the USA you can get an annulment- do they have those in India??? Sorry to hear it- take care-D
