Why would they tell you? Are you hospitalized for an illness that is found only in the children of incest? The main reason why incest is discouraged is because of the higher probability of genetic defects and medical problems. The only reason I could think of why they would break this news to you is because a doctor was about to tell you what's behind your medical problem.
Many cultures and religions look down on incestuous relationships because they have seen the deformed babies and abnormal children that resulted from these unions so they created religious stories to discourage such relationships. Christians in particular are more adverse to this because once they came to power around the fall of the Roman Empire, they wanted to convert everyone to Christianity. They did everything they could to denounce the gods and culture of the old Roman Empire that had oppressed them.
The Roman Gods were adapted from many religions, but mainly from Greek mythology where many of the stories involved incestuous relationships for example the Greek god Zeus was married to his sister Hera and (if I remember correctly) Athena was their daughter. In Roman culture incestuous relationships were not that common or generally approved of. There were instances of Roman rulers in such relationships, but it wasn't considered againts the will of the gods since they have such relationships. Of course Christians like to think they're above everyone else, but if they actually apply a little logic to their own mythology of man's creation then by their book, everyone on the planet is a child of incest, because God only created Adam & Eve. So if any Christian gives you crap about how you were born and trying to make you feel bad for something you had no control over, tell them to shut the f*** up.
If you want to how to handle the situation, I suggest you don't tell anyone, except your doctor and only do that if you have a "mystery disease" he can't figure out. Yeah, I know... kinda late for that considering the posted question, but don't tell anyone else. Even though your parents did it, don't do what they did. No sex with family members.
As for your parents/siblings... they're still family. They are the ones that took care of you, taught you ABC's and 123's, threw you birthday parties, gave you christmas presents, and still tried to give you the same love and caring that occurs in every other family. Your origins and their relationship shouldn't change how you feel about them or make your experiences together invalid.
Just tell them you love them...
...but you're not in love with them. =P

Talk to them first. the sheer embarrassment might deter them but I don't think you should tell your parents. As long as they realize the severe consequences of your sister getting pregnant (which could happen fairly easily) I really don't think they're doing any harm. If they don't stop after you talk to them then go to your parents. Also make sure one is being led on by the other, if one of the twins is more innocent, naive, then the other could have convinced them that this is perfectly normal, when really the first twin is really uncomfortable.
