Ride the canyons during a hot day. It sounds gross, but the moisture from your body combined with the heat will make the leather conform to your body after just a few good rides.
Make sure you hydrate properly and take breaks. Stiff leathers will tire you out from fighting with them, and it's easy to stretch certain trouble spots when you're off the bike.

Go to some areobics classes in 'em. As an added bonus you'll sweat your balls off in the process and probably lose a few pounds.
Or you could hire an illegal Mexican for a dollar an hour to wear 'em for you till they get broken in.

Ride with them in the rain, or sun, or clouds, after dark. Get the picture.
