If they are for pay, the answer is yes. Having the password is not used to know who you are or whether you paid, they are part of a process required by law to keep minors out. The owner of the site has a special number that ID's every computer that has paid to use his service. If a number turns up on his server that hasn't paid he can find who the culprit is by getting a judge to sign a document which forces the ISP to give the owner of the porn site the identity of the person who owns the account with the ISP. Then whoever owns the account with the ISP is liable under civil law to pay the owner of the porn site. If they don't pay the owner of the porn site, then the owner of the porn site could sue.

Well I don't doubt that it is illegal. After all, there's a reason only people that pay can access the site. So...you're essentially stealing the porn, which is very illegal. I do however doubt they will bother going through the trouble of arresting you for it, but it's still the principle of the matter. There's plenty of porn for free on the Internet, lol. Just look at that stuff if you must...

It's probably illegal, but you probably would NOT be tracked down. But why do it??? Porn is a business and YOU would be stealing from the websites and the performers. BTW, I used to work for porn websites and yes, we DID have ways of knowing who was doing this, and more importantly banning that account, so you would probably be wasting your good money for nothing!

Such a “sweet offer” sounds as typical phishing honey trap. I would be extremely suspicious (about being infected – while taking advantage of it). How? Listen to audition # 7 (starting from 20 minutes 50 seconds) and #38:

Anyway repeating after numerous post in regard to question: YES & YES
PS.
I bet sites will require script to run.

It is quite possible that it is. The problem with the internet is that it is very easy to scam people. I would highly suggest that you find alternative means to find pornography.
