Depends on how much time you have and how familiar you are with Delhi. The best deals are to be had in Karol Bagh, Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar. But if you are not familiar with these areas (they are congested and crowded and you can easily get lost), or are short of time, I suggest you go to M Block Greater Kailash market, Cottage Emporium on Janpath, State Emporia on Baba Khadak Singh Marg or Dilli haat.

Old Delhi, Chandini Chowk, Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Kamla Market, Cannaught place, Janpath market, Khan Market, Palika Bazaar, Karol Bagh, South Ext Market, GK M Block market are some of the best shopping areas in Delhi.

Connegut place, Janpath, Palika Bazar (Underground AC Market, Don't forget to bargain If shopkeeper says Rs.300/- then you must start from 75/- to 100/- & settled out at 150/- to 175/-) all are near New Delhi Railway Station.
Then there is Karol Bagh Market & Sarojni Nagar Market. Both Markets are very good especially to shop for suits, sarees and costume jewellery.
South X market is good too but abit expensive.
