How could I unlock my Motorola v195? Would the company do it for me for free?

I am leaving the country and I need to unlock it. What would be the fastest and cheapest (much better if it is free) way?

I had a V30 from TMobile. They sent me the unlock code and guide through email after I asked. Free.
Not sure about other companies.
