I suppose because love requires understanding, compromise, and sacrifice. Hate, on the other hand, requires none of those. It's the "easier" emotional state--but by far the less rewarding one.

Maybe for most people that is all they know... that is all they've been around since they were born. I had a friend like that. Anytime I would show signs of endearment towards here she would walk away fast or just look at me like I was crazy. I would give her hugs on purpose untill she started trusting me. She told me her life growing up and it was very painful. She had to learn to trust all over again so for the most part of her life, it was easier for her to hate than love and trust because of her abusive past.

Its takes around 1 year to build a double storey house.'
Its takes only not more than 1 day to demolish it.
Its takes almost a week to clean up the demolished left over.
To love, its takes a lot of effort to build a place in someone heart.
To hate,its effortless.
To forget, its takes time and effort as well, people will choose to hate than forget or love again because it easier.

well..to love you have to work at. Like say you are dating..and to make this person like you,, you buy dinners, jewlery, what ever it takes. You accualy have to use your noodle lol.
In hate, from what ive seen, it is what is learned when you are a kid. my 5 yr old son knows not to hit, push, call names, so on so forth. He also knows to love people he gives huggs and kisses and it makes people feel good. Here..no noodle involved..just..mom and dad.

most of the actions we get commands from our mind. But love is related to Heart. So to get the feeling from heart is little difficult than hate.

I'm guessing that when you love someone you take the chance of getting hurt, but haters don't get hurt because they lack heart right?
