Looks like most people haven't even understood your question. I think you could get better answers in web design section, or on designated websites for developers. I'm not going to visit them myself, sorry, I'm too lazy. I download anime via torrents because video and sound quality is very important to me.

A lot of artists are willing to post tutorials through the site. All you have to do is type "anime drawing tutorial" it in the search engine.
