wow, i just did a lab about that a month ago, exept that we used toothpicks as the substrate and the active site are our fingers when put in different conditions. pins mixed in for competitive inhibitors, ice water for decrease temperature, and tape on our fingers for non-competitive inhibitors as well as regular conditions
