A border collie is bred for sheep herding on large parcels of land. Or an Irish Wolfhound may also be a good choice.

a Caucasian mountain dog. they are very territorial and good dogs they like to herd animals an hate strangers. they are easy to train

a really fast one!!! but seriously, i don't know about guarding it, but if it's fenced and you put beagles in it, you'll get rid of the rabbits!!!!
