My friend thinks he's really skinny, and I think he might be using these weight gain shakes and stuff like that in order to bulk up a bit. The thing is he's not actually that skinny and in truth if he wanted to look better he could actually do with using a few pounds. He thinks he's so skinny because he always used to be (at school and stuff), but he's really not anymore. How can I tell him to stop being so stupid and to get on a diet? lol

If he's talking about how he's soo skinny and putting other people down, tell him that he has no right to say that when his waistline expands by the second. Only say that if you want to be blunt. But if he's not saying anything rude to others or bragging, leave it alone.

Just stand him in front of a mirror, this will be one way he'll have to face the truth.

None of your business, unless he asks you for advice outright.
