I it true that in one of the world wars not sure which one or both .that black soliders were used to gaurd the white house .And that's the only way that they could be sure no German spys got the post of gaurding the white house.I could be totaly wrong ,But it's just what i was told .And wanted to make sure

Almost certainly not the case.
German spys, could have been of any nationality or colour and I am sure many operators were only in it for the money!
I am also sure the Allies used German Nationals as spys whenever possible for their ideals or for payment.
