Probably - in the blind testing a few years ago, over 5% of players tested positive. Combine that with the fact that reliable testing doesn't exist for many of the substances used, and it's unlikely there is any team out there that doesn't have a couple guys on the juice.

Guillermo Mota failed a drug test "after" the season ended. Because MLB would never, ever, ever, delay announcing a failed test in order to keep him on the Mets postseason roster. Because baseball would never try to attempt to enable a NY team to make the World Series and thereby increase TV revenue (even if it's not the Yankmees.)

Guillermo Mota was tested and found to be positive just after the season ended. He is a free agent and he will be suspended for 50 games after he is signed by someone.
