I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I'm extremely depressed for no reason what so ever. I'm pretty sure it must have to be the pregnancy hormones because nothing else is bugging my and I'm in a great spot in life...heck we just got a Brand new Car How much better can it get? Yet I still feel like I just want to cry for hours! Any home remadies or anything I should try? What works for you if you feel like this?

I would just cry that's what I normally do but I was looking for something to make me not want to cry anymore
haha it's stupid but if I cry I break out and I have to take family pics tomorrow! =/

Try flaxseed. They're loaded with essential fatty acids and so good for you. I buy them whole, grind them in my coffee grinder, and sprinkle on cereal, oatmeal, salad. They have a nutty flavor. You can get flaxseed oil and use as a salad dressing or just swallow a spoonful. Evening primrose oil is also a good source of EFA and you can find it with supplements. I swear, give flax a try. After even one day you will notice a diffrence. Nothing harmful to worry about. Check it out.

Nothing is going to work. I agree with the first girl. Just Cry.......I cry and cry and cry sometimes and then afterwards I feel better...for a little while anyways. Its normal.

cry it out-GURL! Then maybe you can cry out EVERY thing that's been bugging you and then you won't have to cry again for a really long time
