it has been 4 yrs. since I was convicted of an assault charge that the "alleged"victim admitted to not being true. This was done less than 6 mths. after I was convicted. Is there any way now that I could bring this back to court to resolve this legal headache. I have been fighting from day one yet all my admittance has fallen upon deaf ears and I am only tying to get this bad situation off my record.Being that I realize that this will be very expensive, I could also use some actual legal help in assisting me in resolving this matter, and would appreciate any and all assistance

Try going to the lawyer that defended you in the case if the victim didn't go to court with the admittance of this being false than you have to wait 10 yrs before you start a clean record again
