Now that Iraq is in a civil war, do the Conservatives believe that the US troops should be in the middle of it?

Why do you think it should be a liberal or conservative issue to give a people their best chance at self-determination. These people have had a civil war for centuries. Are you stupid enough to believe that this "civil war" just started, or are you just throwing around buzz words to incite people? The new liberal buzzword, civil war, 'saying that should make us turn tail and run'. First it was no WMDs, then it was "illegal war" (what is that anyway?), then its quagmire, now its civil war, make up your mind already.
And by the way what do you suppose a soldiers job is? Are they hired to plant flowers, no that would be a gardner. Soldiers fight battles. Thats what they are hired to do, its been that way since the dawn of civilization. Our battle is in Iraq, like the reason they are there or not, support them in their mission and quit telling them that they are not fighting a just cause.
You have a better chance of dying in a car accident than dying in Iraq, should we stop driving? No lets finish the job and give those kids a reason to be proud, not bring them home with the job not finished.

We want our troops home as much as everyone else. Except for that one nut democrat who wants to start the draft and send liberals over there now too. I want the job done first. I don't trust any news that comes out of the media, so who's to really say what is going on or not. Anything you get out the media is half truths and twisted innuendo at best. I would rather hear it from the soldiers or from the Pentagon in a news conference.

that may not what "help our troops" ability. i think taking them out of harms way could probably be located into that classification yet i think of that the final feeling is that meaning a brilliant style of issues: carrying yellow ribbons, to be certain that Congress sends adequate money so the troops have the solid kit, to be certain that injured troops are correct help in respectable wellness care centers. this is not in basic terms approximately the place the troops are.

Yes they do and every soldiar that dies in another countries war is a plus to them cause it gives them more reason to want to stay in Iraq... They say that pulling out of Iraq will make the death of our troops pointless. Ohhhhhh but what about dropping them into an inevitable civil war?

The civil war dates back to the early 80's when Saddam gassed the Kurds!!!! And the world looked the other way!!!! No I want them home but the job needs to be completed!!!!!!!!

But, the problem is this. Whether we are conservative, liberal, or whatever, we did create that mess over there. PERIOD!
Question should be, 'What do we do to correct our mess over there?'
