With a normal period women usually ovulate on the 18th day. If you count from the first day of your last period 18 days that would be a good time to try. You can do 2 days before, the 18th day and 2 days after. I did this with all three of my children and got pregnant in the first month.

Honey, if I knew the answer to that, I would have been pregnant 4 years ago. Everyone's different and there's no guarantee that you'll get pregnant right away.
The best advice I could give you is to not think about it so much and let nature take its course.

Don't think about trying to get pregnant. That worked for me!! If you think about it then it is not going to happen.
