Is the book "Inside Congress" by Ronald Kessler credible? Have the stories been verified?

It seems like a bunch of tabloid sensationalism to me? Most of his sources are supposed interviews.

If you think there is something fishy then follow your instincts. From the reviews I've read, I wouldn't quote the book in any kind of serious paper.
