People think that with a mandate will come wisdom and virtue, and rely on politicians to represent them.
A lot of people still have not found out that most politicians turn into self-serving minions of big business the moment they are voted in.
As long as they follow their leaders like a heard of sheep - you can hear the bleeting in the previous answers- nothing will change.
