Well, it's supposed to mean there were no emotions involved; that it was just about the sex. But knowing what I know about women, and being one myself, that might be partially true. We tend to get more of an emotional attachment than men do, even if we go into it saying it's only physical. But you know your wife, right? If she seems capable of only being in it for the sex, then maybe she's telling the truth. It's a very common thing to say when you're caught or confessing.

Unfortunately, you are still with her and will always think about her being with the other guy when she is with you and not with you. She cheated so the best thing for you to do is to kick her out and move on. If she cheated wih this guy, who is next! I could not ever trust her again even though I love her and did not want her out of my life. But, she will do it again to you. She might have done it before this guy came along. I wish you luck. There is another woman out there that will be faithful to you. When she said that it was just physical, she meant that she did not have any emotions or feelings for the guy but she still let him penetrate her when she belonged to you!

Just Physical. Another translation: She was hot for the guy. Could be she was turned on by this guys face and body but didn't like the total package. Maybe he wasn't a keeper because HE wanted the fling and no commitment. I don't like any description that goes with cheating, it's all bad!

It means that she didn't cheat on you emotionally. She doesn't have any feelings beyond physical for the other person. She still loves you and never stopped. Don't end the relationship because of this - spice up your sex life instead!

the act may have been physical, but whenever you have intercourse with someone, you have a connection to that person forever whether you are willing to admit it or not. It's never just a physical act, there are always emotions involved. Don't be a fool and fall for that sorry explanation.

She doesn't love him she just wanted to have sex with another man. This is an indication she thinks your not doing your part. So spice up the relationship a little bit. Get some handcuffs or something.
