Hey can anyone tell me if they got burning nipples during pregnancy or maybe when they got there period? Last night I was sleeping and in my dream my nipple was burning horribly and I woke up and it was still burning but I went back to sleep. What could this come from.. My period is due today or could come tomorrow. ANy help? Thanks. and plz no crude comments!

You might have had a elergic reaction to something, but calling the Doctor would be better advice.

I have had burny nipples before and it was close to my cycle. It's normal but after a while it it is still burning you know what time it is. Then go to a doctor.

Yeah, mine burned and itched when I got pregnant. It's not uncommon considering all the stuff your body is going thru. It could just be the hormones in your body... not necessarily pregnancy.

Changes in hormones from when your are pregnant or when you are about to get your period can cause breast swelling. This may be the cause of your burning.

I had the same problem darning one of my pregancey's and I still get it every once in while. It is normal.

That usually isnt a sign of pregnancy. Tingling maybe but not a burn. Please as your doctor so your mind can be at ease :)

do a breast exam, talk to your doc, but it sounds like hormones.
