is there a way to hypnotize yourself?

without using drugs, hiring someone, or spending any money at all?

It is possible to hypnotize yourself, but it takes a long time to learn and a lot of devotion, a mind free of drugs, nicotin and alcohol.

I dont think you can learn it from books, some people can teach self hypnosius
