It's impossible to tell what's in another person's mind. Seinfeld was and still remains one of my favorite comedies of all-time and Richards (Kramer) was an integral part of what made the Seinfeld show special.

After decades in the business, it is unfortunate that he will be remembered for that single moment in his life instead of the body of work (some good/some bad) that he put together during his career.

Time will be the best test of how this plays out though I'm gratified that he appears to be facing all these issues straight on.

I am hoping that he comes out of this a better man. I am also hopeful that those most personally offended by this might eventually find room for forgiveness.

Peace.

It's all so pathetic. Who gives a rats @$$ if he called a n*ggar a n*ggar!?! I get called a fat ***** now and again too, you don't see me boo-hoo-ing over it. All people are entitled to say whatever they wish rather it's right or wrong. And believe it or not, there are worse things that a person could be besides a "racist" like a mass murderer or a child molester. People need to get over it!!!
I mean, what was the guy in the audience behaving like? And there you have it.

i think some truths came out of him....he is a nut as an actor but he did lose his cool and something came out of his mouth that he not only could not take back....but made it worse by trying to save it.he attmepted to go into a new level of comedy but i have seen comedians do the "racial" thing and its funnny..richards prob never went there and got messed up like we saw.

I think he's just unprofessional.

Many comedians get heckled, but many also have the skills to deal with it.

And he just proved to the whole world that he can't.

all of the above, he lost his cool and showed his true colors. he's a comedian he should be used to hecklers. and when people pay good money to see him and he isn't funny. that would piss me off.
i'd heckle him too.
