Not as of yet; however, the Patriot act gives authorities the right to monitor your phone lines without a warrant, which some would consider a "search".

PatrioT Act... part of me (the work part) likes it, part of me (in my house) fears the harm it has done to our Justice system.

Probable cause & domestic violence allows my officers to enter without a warrant.
Our favorite is the consenting adult resident that is clueless about the HUGE stash of illegal substances and is kind enough to give consent .
