The movie was about a brother and a sister who were not happy with the mom they had. So somehow they end up at a Market where they can choose a mother and take her home. I remember they picked a mom who worked at the circus and brought the entire circus to their house. At the end they choose to stay with their real mother and help her around the house. THANK You for helping me with this because my kid wants it for x-mas this year.

I think it was Trading Mom with Sissy Spacek. She actually played ever mother that the kids picked out. There were three kids.
