How do I get an account to play online on Socom Fire Team Bravo 2 ?

How do i get or make an account so that I can play fire team bravo 2 on psp online because it says I need 1.

when you are at the main menu select infrastructure, if you haven't already created acount it should prompt you to. thats the only thing i can think of, other than make sure that you are connected to the internet
