people have always been gay, its just that more people are coming out now that society more readily accepts homosexuality.

Life on Earth has only been 'sexual' for about 2.5 billion years. Before then, all life reproduced through mitosis, which did not require sex at all.

I realised I was gay around the age of 12. I am convinced it is genetic because I never found females physically attractive.

hm. Well, there's a reference to it in the bible. So at least that far. Then, in ancient Greece, Sapho was a poet on Lesbos island who used to chant about women loving women (that's where the adjective Saphique comes from, in french anyway). So i guess it's not new!

people are gay or str8 based on how there brains are wired. it's choosen before birth- fetal development. there are therories on why/how this happens but bothing concrete.
we know that if your brain is this way you are str8, that way you are gay- but we don't know how it goes one way or the other
