I used powdered formula until 2 weeks ago then switched to premixed,(same brand). Since then her stool is loose and grainy looking, and almost black in color. Can that be the cause?

Yes it can be the cause...my advice is to NOT change formulas unless instructed to do so by your doctor.

properly I breastfed yet contained in the early months I continually saved formulation handy. The premixed formulation is WAYYYYY extra severe priced. even though it really is extra uncomplicated and in a way safer because you do not run the danger of creating use of contaminated water or contaminating your powdered formulation can. yet in view that i'm sensible you'd be very careful to apply boiled water, wash your fingers, and save the formulation can sparkling then there is truly no favor to purchase the premixed. you would carry some small bottles (they have ones that pre packaged bottle nips connect to) on your motor vehicle for emergencies, or carry some small cans once you're out and about. reliable luck and congrats!

If its the same brand and same kind then no. Premixed and powdered make the same thing.
