I just saw this movie with my kids this weekend. I'm not sure which song you're asking about specifically, but www.happyfeetsoundtrack.com has the samples from the whole soundtrack that you can listen to. It might be Jump 'N Move by the Brand New Heavies, but that one doesn't sound like Wild Wild West to me.
