I don't know what kind of motherboard I have exactly?

Anybody now a good site to find motherboard manuals. All I know is it is a PC Chips motherboard, version 1.2A, P4 1.4MHZ, socket 478 with 5 PCI slots, 2 DDR 2.5 volt RAM slots, and 2 3.3volt DIMM slots. I can't find the model number anywhere. Help I need the manual and drivers. The serial number is D44KE14607820.
