i sprained my ankle about 3.5 weeks ago, but i still cant jump as high as i used to, im still about 4 inches lower than where i used to be able to jump, but my ankle only hurts when roll it on purpose or stretch it too hard, what can i do to help my ankle heal fully, and what can i do to be able to jump to my previous amount

wear an ankle brace on that ankle for a long time... it will prevent further injuries and help to strenghten that ankle while running and jumping... take it easy and ice it every night... if it starts to hurt... stop and ice it... good luck

Stop jumping for a while longer, you will get the spring back in your ankle tendons, but if you keep trying to see how much has changed before it had healed fully, it wont return to normal.

go to the doctor and get some good vitamins to take and start eating and drinking stuff really healthy and full of calcium
